Lean Hospital Training for Our Members

In collaboration with the Trakya Development Agency, a Lean Hospital training program was conducted on November 14-15 at Irmet Hospital for the association members. The program was led by Prof. Dr. Aysun Yılmazlar, Chief Physician at Medicabil Health Group Nilüfer Hospital, Lean Health Institute and Quality Coordinator, and Halime Ağaoğlu, a trainer at Medicabil Lean Health Institute.

The program focused on the goal of continuous improvement and achieving standards by ensuring more effective and efficient use of resources with lean management practices in healthcare sector. By focusing on issues such as waste analysis, cause analysis, elimination of root causes, value flow mapping, and ensuring continuity, it aimed to increase the sustainability of lean hospital practices and the quality of patient treatment and care.
