Health Tourism Networking Programme Held in Stara Zagora and Plovdiv

The health tourism networking programme organised by Trakya Health Tourism Development Association, with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade and in cooperation with Trakya Development Agency, has been successfully completed through events held in the Bulgarian cities of Stara Zagora and Plovdiv.

The first day of the programme took place in Stara Zagora, with the participation of our esteemed members İrmet Hospital, Vatan Hospital, Optimed Hospital, Bir Nefes Hospital, Neovadent Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, Trakyadent Oral and Dental Health Centre, and health tourism agency TrendHealth. The event marked an important step in introducing the health tourism potential of our region to the Balkan market.

On the second day, B2B meetings were held at the Jagerhof Hotel in Plovdiv. Coming together with representatives of the Bulgarian healthcare and tourism sectors, our members had the opportunity to explore bilateral cooperation prospects.

As part of the programme, a visit was also paid to BULTİŞ (Bulgarian-Turkish Businessmen's Association), strengthening institutional ties and enabling discussions on furthering health tourism cooperation between the two countries.

The events held in Stara Zagora and Plovdiv represent significant steps in line with our Association's mission to carry out international promotion activities and support our members in accessing global markets. Our efforts to enhance the international visibility of the Thrace Region in health tourism will continue with determination in the period ahead.
