Effective Communication Training on the Phone with Our Members

As Trakya Health Tourism Association, we continue our training programs to improve the quality of health tourism services. Within this framework, Yücel Uygun, columnist of Ekonomi Magazine and founder of DBA Consulting, conducted a training session for our members on "Effective Communication on the Phone". The training focused on effective speaking techniques and communicating with international patients. This session, which plays a crucial role in improving the patient experience in health tourism and increasing international patient satisfaction, was followed with great interest by our members. As an association, we will continue our efforts to develop a skilled workforce to strengthen the competitiveness of the health tourism sector.
